Jason, you truly blew us away with your latest execution for our travels through Japan with Goway Travel. Oh my gosh, we had such an incredible time with every component you set in place. You were so efficient with our time from getting this all set into place for us and then utilizing our time on the ground while we were there. We have told so many friends we wont’ travel anywhere without you from now on. I know people like researching on their own, but I won’t trust booking a thing without going through you. You found not only the best places to stay, but had the great selections for guides, resources for on the ground experiences and dining recommendations too. It was a trip of a lifetime based on all the details and attention you dedicated to our goals. Thank you and we can’t wait until our next journey with you as our lead planner!

We had such a great time!! It was fascinating to see how different they live over there. I think our top highlights were rickshaw riding through the alleyways in Delhi, the Taj Mahal (so beautiful), and getting to ride elephants, see a snake charmer, and relax in such a nice hotel in Jaipur!

There were many times throughout our trip that we commented on how thankful we were that you planned everything for us and that we never had to worry about transportation or safety. India is definitely not a place we would have wanted to try to do ourselves or figure out once we got there. So THANK YOU! We are still looking back on our memories and are so happy with everything you put together for us. We could not have done it without you!

All of our tour guides were incredible—so knowledgeable, engaging, and charming.
Flights – Everything was easy and seamless. All flights were on time and overall the travel experience was very smooth.

We had a truly wonderful trip. We’re already starting to think about where we might go this year for Christmas. I think we may stay somewhere domestic this time, as the only downside of this holiday was how exhausting international travel can be—mostly due to jet lag and wanting to see and do as much as possible while we were there. It might be time for a more relaxing holiday vacation.

That said, we would absolutely love to work with you again. If you have any recommendations for cities in the U.S. that have a lot of charm and great Christmas spirit, I’d love to hear them.

We enjoyed our trip. Barcelona and Lisbon were amazing. The hotel locations were fantastic. We enjoyed the excursions with Kensington. The cruise was pleasant. The staff was amazing and we loved our room with the balcony. The ship excursions were interesting – we learned a lot. The food on the ship was fine. I’m afraid you spoiled us with the Hurtigruten experience. Overall, your expertise helped make our trip a memorable experience. We felt well taken care of during every step of the trip.

We are planning to go to Italy and France this June. I’ll send you a separate email with the details to see if you could help us plan another adventure.

You nailed it! The trip you put together for us was spectacular and beautifully curated to our interests, taste and needs. The guides were key to our comfort, sparing us the effort thinking! All we had to do was ‘show up’….a luxury that we soon realized was THE way to relax while traveling. It was really a vacation. The camps and game drives were truly beyond our imaginations, and well placed in the flow of our itinerary (Xakanaxa followed by Jubalani). Our visits to both Johannesburg and Capetown were equally as rich in their own specific ways. And finally, the A380 was divine. Thank you, Jason, for all that you and your team did to plan (and prepare us for) this singularly spectacular trip.

We had an absolutely fabulous time! While the itinerary was certainly a whirlwind one, we accomplished everything we wanted to do on this trip. Jason and Swain\’s organized itinerary was flawless – all the luxurious lodgings, drivers and excursions were wonderful! It was nice to just show up and not have to think about what to do, how to get there, etc. Jason certainly treated us well. Even Rovos Rail came through satisfactorily. We only wish we were stranded a few km back where we would have been next to what looked like a game reserve of some type; at least we could\’ve observed some of the animals there while we were waiting :-).

We especially want to give a shout out to Wendell and all of our drivers. They gave us very informative \”insider\” education about their countries. They were all incredibly professional, courteous and timely.

Highlights? Wow, so many! Every place had its special appeal and sights, and we had fabulous food and wines across the country. Ostrich was especially tasty. Of course, nothing beats seeing African wildlife up close – especially a two-month-old white rhino playfully romping around with food in its mouth and elephants charging at us (fortunately, half-heartedly we think). We were able to see four of the big five (no leopard), including black rhinos on a Rovos excursion and our photo safari.

We\’ve already been extolling Jason virtues to those who\’ve asked about our trip. We cannot have done this without Jason expertise and planning!

Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime, but perhaps it may not be a one-time thing. We\’re already talking about going back (maybe in a few years?) with a more leisurely itinerary. We\’ll certainly contact you again.
